Impel works with your IT Department and Scrum Masters to transfer your procedures to the agile environment, ensuring your investment in converting procedures turns into systematic work in DevOps and similar Agile software.

Assign an IT-savvy engineer or manager to Impel to get you set up for success.  We will work to underpin the IT activities to respect the work procedures your organization uses to manage risk and ensure the scrum teams are trained in the best methods to load and handle the backlog.

Finally, Impel will add the icing to the cake by setting up your Lessons Learned processes, directly in your DevOps environment, to ensure your procedure master copies are kept refreshed within DevOps and do not need to have offline documents.
